Art Club for Survivors of Domestic Abuse
In 2024, Petronela’s Hope launched an Art Club to support children and women affected by domestic abuse.
The programme provides a safe, creative, and supportive environment where participants can express themselves through art, build confidence, and begin their healing journey.
Art sessions for children (victims of domestic abuse) take place twice a month.
Sessions for women aged 50+ are held once a month.
The Art Club focuses on emotional wellbeing, connection, and recovery through creative activities.
Luton Football Club (for Children Affected by Domestic Abuse)
In April 2025, Petronela’s Hope launched Luton Football Club, an outdoor programme designed to support children affected by domestic abuse.
The football club provides a safe and positive environment where children can build confidence, develop teamwork skills, and improve their emotional wellbeing through sport.
Day: Every Saturday
Time: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Location: Luton Recreation Park (Outdoor)
Age group: 7+
This programme is specifically focused on children affected by domestic abuse, helping them feel safe, supported, and included.
